Privacy notice

How this website uses your information.

Last updated: 15 August 2026. This notice must receive final legal and operational review before the public practice launches.

Who operates the website

Dundalk Accountants is operated by Maebh Collins trading as ProBizMate. For a privacy question or rights request, use the contact form with “privacy request” in the message, or call 085 226 2645. A dedicated public privacy email and postal address have not yet been approved and must be added before launch.

Information collected through an enquiry

The callback form collects your name, preferred contact detail, selected service area, an optional short message, the source page and your confirmation that the details may be used to respond. A hidden anti-spam field may also be processed.

Do not submit PPS numbers, tax references, bank details, payroll files, identity documents or confidential financial records. The website does not provide a file-upload field.

Why the information is used

Enquiry details are used to review the broad issue, respond to the request, check initial fit and keep a proportionate record of the communication. An enquiry does not create a client relationship. Any later client-onboarding information would be handled under separate professional terms and privacy information.

Forms and hosting

The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Forms to process submissions. The launch checklist requires a verified notification destination, access controls and an enquiry-deletion schedule before forms may be used publicly.

Optional analytics and local storage

Google Analytics loads only after you select “Accept analytics”. If you reject it, the analytics script is not loaded. When accepted, the site sends page paths and anonymous interaction labels such as callback-button clicks, call clicks, form starts and form submissions. Form field values are not sent to analytics.

Your choice is stored in your browser under dundalk-accountants-analytics. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change it. Google Analytics uses its own technologies after consent and acts under Google’s terms.

Sharing and international processing

Information is shared only with service providers needed to host the site, process the form, route the enquiry and provide consented analytics, plus professional or public authorities where a lawful requirement applies. Supplier locations and contractual safeguards must be confirmed in the pre-launch privacy review.

Retention

Website enquiries should be kept only long enough to respond, assess fit and meet a justified record-keeping need, then securely deleted. The precise live retention schedule must be approved and published before launch. Analytics retention is controlled in the Google Analytics property and must also be verified before launch.

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and you may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. A request may require identity verification. You may also complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.

Changes

This notice will be updated when the operating address, privacy contact, suppliers, retention schedule and final client-onboarding process are confirmed.
